Regarding to the description, the issue might be from the default email app settings on your computer. In this situation, I would recommend trying the following steps:
- Set Outlook as Default Email Program
- Go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
- Scroll down and click Outlook.
- Ensure Outlook is set as the default for Email, MAILTO, and other relevant protocols.
- Repair Office Installation
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft Office, click Change, and choose Quick Repair.
- Restart Your Computer
- After making these changes, restart your computer to ensure the settings take effect.
