Convert Window Server OEM license to Open license

Hi,

We have old server is virtualize (ESXi) which runs Window Server 2012R2 Datacenter OEM and I want to replace this old server to new server by V2V migration.

The problem is that there are many applications installed on the server and can't reinstall because application is too old.
So, We must migrate by V2V migration only.

My question now is how can we safely convert the OEM license to an OLP license?

What is the best way of doing this?
