Diskpart: Partitions are not getting displayed

Dear All,

We have been trying to reset the server password through ease of access feature. To do so we booted Windows Server 2016 Installation DVD, At intallation selected Repair and got in command prompt. When issuing list partions in diskpart console no partitions are displayed. We can only see DVD drive as D: and C:\ but it shows as removable media and partition type shows blank.

Please let me know what cloud be the issue.
