I would greatly appreciate if I could get some help with regards to migrating on premise exchange public folders to O365.

We are currently on Exchange 2016 and I'm in the process to come up with a plan and migrate our Public folders to Exchange online.

I know of Microsoft Document that tells you to download a couple of Scripts and use batch migration but I'm hoping if anyone has some detailed documentation with Step by step instructions.

Thanks, in advance.

Actually the offcial doc is good enough so that few articles can be found to be more specific, except it's advertised for its third-party tool.
But still found a video should be helpful for you: https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/MEC/2014/DMI310
