SharePoint On Promise Slow in Reflect Document After Update

I use SharePoint 2016 Library to save document.

but when I update the word document using office web app then try to get the document after to send by email or other using SCOM Developers code

it retrieve for me the document but without last update ,must from my side wait 10 seconds or some times more that 10 seconds

until the document take the last update. how I can solve this slow issue .

    Hi @Ahmed Al-Zoubi ,

    Sounds like performance issue. Your oos sever takes some time to save the document back to SharePoint server. You could try to rebuild the bindings on SharePoint server.
