    Dear Ciociola Maurizio

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to access your account and that this is distressing for you, I understand how you feel.

I am very sorry that we can only communicate via text, we do not have the access or the tools to return your call, thank you for your understanding.

I know that this account is very important to you, however, Microsoft Account Recovery is handled by a fully automated server, and in order to protect the security and privacy of our customers' information, we are not authorised to access or view any account information. However, I will do my best to advise and assist you in finding a suitable solution and hopefully you will be able to regain access to your account as soon as possible.

If you are unable to log in to your account and no longer have a secure method of verification for your account, you will not be able to pass the verification. In this case the only way to try to restore access to your account is to complete the recovery form.

The secret to passing verification is to provide as much accurate information as possible that corresponds to your account usage history. The more accurate information you use when filling out the recovery form, the more likely it is that your account will be recovered through the form.

Some of the information may have changed from when you registered your account, so please answer the questions on the form with the information you used when you registered your account or when your account was last updated.

When filling out the content of the recovery form, it is also a good idea to submit a request for account recovery using a computer or device that was previously able to successfully access the account.

You can also list any old passwords you may have used, and if you remember more, you can click ‘Add more passwords’. When filling in the subject of an email, you can also click ‘Add more subjects’ to add subjects that you remember, and you can also ask your email contact for help in confirming their email address and telling you the subject of the last three emails they sent to you.

Click to fill out the recovery form : https://account.live.com/acsr

After submitting the form, the system will send the results of the recovery request to the email address you provided at the beginning of the form within 24 hours. A maximum of two attempts per day are allowed; resubmission will refresh the submission time.

If the self-service recovery solution above doesn't help you, you can contact the account team via the following link for help :

    1. Open a sitelink - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box under "Tell us about your problem so we can provide you with proper help and support," enter MSA, click "Get Help," and then click "Contact Customer Service" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to log in to a personal account. Note: You can only use a personal MSA to sign up, and the company account can't display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to run;
    4. Select "Other Products" under Products & Services, select "Manage Account Security" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select "Chat with support experts in web browser" to enter the chat window.

I hope everything is going well for you.

    Best Regards,

Kumin.P - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
