Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your work. In the Classic Outlook App, there isn't a built-in feature to add a filter column to the Outbox folder to display the scheduled send time directly. Unfortunately, you would need to manually check each individual email to verify the scheduled send time.
We understand your concern about this feature and how it helps you improve your efficiency in such a busy work schedule. Still, as it is related to Outlook product design, submitting your valuable feedback directly to the Microsoft product development team is strongly recommended by either going to Help from your dedicated App > submit Feedback or posting on Outlook · Community for feature requests.
