Delayed Delivery Details

I am working in the Classic Outlook App. At the end of the day, I sometimes schedule multiple emails for delayed delivery so that they arrive first thing in the morning. I know that the list of pending emails can be found in the "Outbox" folder. However, is there a way to add a a filter column to the Outbox folder to display the scheduled send time?Or do you have to manually go into each individual email to check? It would be a nice feature, as I like to double check that the time is set correctly. Any help or tricks would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello Lauren Masselli,

Good morning! Thank you for your message in the Microsoft community. We are glad to assist you.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your work. In the Classic Outlook App, there isn't a built-in feature to add a filter column to the Outbox folder to display the scheduled send time directly. Unfortunately, you would need to manually check each individual email to verify the scheduled send time.

We understand your concern about this feature and how it helps you improve your efficiency in such a busy work schedule. Still, as it is related to Outlook product design, submitting your valuable feedback directly to the Microsoft product development team is strongly recommended by either going to Help from your dedicated App > submit Feedback or posting on Outlook · Community for feature requests.

Please note that nobody here is the product developer/decision maker and has no control over the product. Everyone, including us as community moderators, can only assist you with the query for providing available solutions and the feature's availability status within our scope and capability.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  Please do not hesitate to post your queries in Microsoft Community and we will always do our best to assist you! Sincerely,Simbarashe Community Moderator
