Why do i not have an exam certificate

Why do I not have an exam certificate but i have the badge and email to say I have passed

Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
i have raised this before and and the email expired i would still like to chase this please your help would be greatly appreciated

Please email me i have all the pictures ready to go
