How do I merge 2 MC IDs to my Microsoft Account

Hello Microsoft Team,

I would like to have your assistance here as I have recently taken a MS exam and the examination center has mistakenly created another MC ID and Access Code for me, thus I am unable to get my Certification Completion report and Badges on my Microsoft Account.

Would you like to please help me?
