POSTMASTER KICK BACK EMAILS

Anytime I send and email from my @gmail.com account to my mothers @hotmail.com account the email goes through to her mailbox but I get the below postmaster email returned after each email I send. Neither of us have made any account changes and have no rules setup. Please help me resolved this so I dont have to keep deleting these postmaster emails...

    According to your description, you use Gmail mailbox to send emails to other people's Hotmail mailbox at the same time are receiving emails normally, but you will receive a POSTMASTER prompted by a message to send emails to unknown addresses and failed, right?

    For this problem, I initially determine that this problem may be related to other people's Hotmail mailboxes with forwarding enabled, you can let the other party try to troubleshoot the problem through the following ways:

    1. Log in to Outlook Web.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to enter email settings.
    3. Go to Mail > Forwarding and check if forwarding is enabled.

    If you notice any unset forwarding actions, disable them. Also, if Hotmail account settings have been changed without your knowledge, it is likely that your account has been hacked. I recommend that the person change their password immediately and check their account for any sensitive information such as aliases and authentication methods.     If you can't find any forwarding settings in your email, try using a different device and see if the account encounters the same problem on other devices.
