Hi Team,

As facing bellow issue while connecting Azure VPN through wifi network.

The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding.
This could be because one of the network devices (e.g, firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections.
Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem. (Error 809)

It will connect if am using mobile data.

Please help on same.

@Bala Narasimha Challa Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you are having issues with connecting to the Azure P2S VPN when connecting from a remote machine that is in the wifi network but not if it is in the mobile network, please correct me if I am wrong.

This is commonly seen when using home routers and firewalls as they may block certain ports/protocols. I would suggest you to look into the same and determine that the respective ports/protocols are being allowed in the local network. Hope this helps.

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be glad to assist you further. Thank you!
