Not able to View my Certificate even after 6 days

Hi Team,

I have cleared my AZ 303 Architect exam on July 09 and i was told to wait for 48 hours to get my certificate but its close to 6 days but still am not being able to download my certificate . Can you please help me to get my certificate as soon as possible?
