IIS Webserver configration replication for webfarm.

Question

we would like to create a web farm with 2 IIS webservers. we would like to understand which storage solution we should use as common storage & replicate root files between 2 webservers.

• DFS
• Storage Replica
• Azure FIle share.

Actually, we are looking for suggestions, which storage technology should be used with IIS Web farm for a performance point of view.

• DFS
• Storage replica
• Fileshare in Azure
