Get metadata from Odata SAP API

I am trying to use #Azure API Management tool that is calling a SAP API. According to the documentation I need to use _metadata but it isn't working. I can get the API call to work, I just can't get the metadata of the results. Any suggestions?

2021-07-16T13:17:16.577+00:00 I am not calling the SAP API, the APIM call is doing that. From what I understand it works like this: SAP has APIs that you can call. Azure API Management allows you to create your own API to that API. So, when I call AzureAPIMgt_URL/MyAPIName it calls the SAP_API_URL/SAP_API_Name. The AzureAPIMgt is based on OData which supposedly has the _metadata option that will return the data types and lengths for the resulting dataset. I am trying to figure out how to get that metadata extracted so I can create staging tables to store the resultset data.
