Brand new M365 enviroment with Teams enabled. Problem is, that users cannot comment tasks. The comment first seems to be saved, but then user gets delivery error message into their Outlook and then the comment gets disappeared from the task. Error message in the Outlook looks like this;

Undeliverable: Comments on task "Can't comment on to-do tasks."
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
EndpointManagement@X .xxx
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: xxx.xxx.xxx.outlook.com
EndpointManagement@X .xxx
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653 AS(7230) [xxx.xxx.xxx.outlook.com]'

I am not exchange / Teams specialist, but I see that this seems to be the same problem as here. Any help?

    @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko ,

    For security purpose, I covered your private information in the error message. Thanks for your understanding.

    It is suggested the affected user to send email to the Microsoft 365 group and observe if it works properly.

    According to the error message, this error (NDR code: 5.7.708) can happen when you are trying out a Microsoft 365 trial tenant. If you receive this error before you can purchase licenses, contact support to request an exception for the low reputation IP address until you're able to purchase licenses. For more information, please refer to this article.

    Okay I probably got this. I created MS support ticket via M365 portal, got excelent support from USA within a hour and they ran some analystic tools against by domain, and fixed the problem. I am very suprised, positivly.

    Damn, fixing time zone did not solve the problem, it only looked better at the restart. Still suffering from this.
