Clicking web browser in email but it shows html

I just encounter this issue and open an email and check it in a browser but it shows HTML.

How can I fix this? I have check my default app browser as Chrome, and in Outlook i set the settings to default browser. See attached!

    I have found a temporary fix. I go to Microsoft Edge browser settings > Default Browser > Allow sites to be reloaded in IE mode set to Allow.

    However, the .mhtml was default to CHROME but still open in Microsoft Edge.

    How can I open this to Chrome browser? Thanks
