Unable to download Certificate - Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'microsoftcertificate.pdf'

Question

I have recently cleared DA-100 Exam.

In my Microsoft Learning page -> https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate; I could download the PDF certificate but could not open. Acrobat reader message is given below.

Can anyone help/advise on this please?
