PWA 2013 "Project Template" not project... I want to delete or remove 4 of them so that it no longer shows in the "New" Project selection list found at the top left of Project Center (MS Project Server 2013 PWA)

I want to remove 4 template "types" from the drop-down selection list BUT when I try to delete the Template (types) I can't because there are a few project using them. How can I remove the templates from the selection list under "New" to create a project found on the Project Center page. See attached image. Using MS Project Server 2013 pwa.
