Outlining data in a pivot table

How can I outline data in a pivot table? e.g. I am showing "Data" as columns. So I have multiple columns within a column. The pivot table quick style "none" places an outline around the "grouped" columns. Essentially this is what I want to duplicate - but none of the other quick styles do this - can't figure out how this is done?

As stated earlier, you can highlight the columns and choose ‘All border’ option in the 'Font' section of the 'Home' tab.

Let's say I have (3) data columns within a "column". I want to outline (box) the outside of the data columns that are withinn the "column".

This is an app for an end user, so it needs to be delivered format ready.

Do you want to add outline only for the columns or even the data within it?

You can try highlighting the content and then insert a border preferably ‘Outside border’ or ‘all border’.
