Error 100490, Document not saved, Excel 2007

I send this message before, but I saw that the last topic was marked as answered, so I create a new post. Sorry, if I do wrong...

I've got the same problem as md2010.

I cannot save any changes made in Excel file. I've got a shortcut on my desktop. Main file is on NT4 server. I've got full permissions to the folder. For few years I didn't have any problems. Right now, after installation new (from April) updates from WU (VISTA SP2 Business 32-bit, Office 2007 SB) I caanot save my changes

I made trusted location according to your tip above, but it won't help. Using CTRL+SHIFT+I I saw number of error: 100490, "Document not saved".

Maybe there is a problem with latest security updates - too strong for old systems (I've got also problems with our ERP software - cannot make some changes, also on NT4). This is only a problem with all applicatons from Office 2007. With Office 2000 I don't have such problems and I can save any changes in Excel.

Please help.

Kind regards form Poland, EU.

    Thanks for answer and tips.

I've got the same problem. I read the discussion and other links. Of course, I can save Excel file on local hard drive and copy this file to server location, but this is very annoying and is not a solution for this problem.

I see that many companies have such problem, so I hope that you have any other suggestions resolving it.
