Message from Webpage in IE

In another computer with the same version of IE once the pop-up for "Message from Webpage" appeared more than once it used to have a check box that said "Don't let this page create more messages" but now in a new computer i have the "Message from Webpage" pop-up does not have that check box. Does anyone know how to enable that check box? in either IE or Edge. Thanks a lot :)

I didn't find the check box in Edge. In IE, it seems that Trusted sites settings have influence on the check box. If I add the site to trusted sites list, the check box won't show. If not, the check box will show. You can also refer to this thread.
I think you can try to check if the site is in trusted sites list, if it's in the list, you can remove it to see if the checkbox will show. You can also check if there's any other difference between the two computers in Internet settings.

I think the check box may be related with Internet/site settings. I suggest that you can compare the Internet/site settings between the two computers to see if there's any difference. You can also check the IE versions between the two computers, different versions can also lead to different behaviors.
