Deploy custom Normal.dotm

Question

We are preparing to migrate to Office 2010. We have standards for font usage in our organization so we would like to set these as part of the rollout. We will be pushing Office out using the customization tool. Is there a way to include a Custom Normal.dotm file for Word? or some other way to enforce global rules on fonts?
