Remove Hidden Data Tool

When I try to start Word XP 2002 I get a message, "An error occured while trying to launch the Remove Hidden Data tool. Try reinstalling.".I have reinstalled Word and am still getting that message. When I send an email from Outlook I get the same message and have to use HTML for the email.

And did you uninstall the 'Remove Hidden Data tool'?
