How do I insert endnotes BEFORE a bibliography and other text?

I am required to use endnotes for a document, but I can only get Word to insert them at the very end of the file. I need to include a bibliography and other text AFTER the endnotes. How do I do that? I have Word 2007 but we save the documents down to be compatible with 2003.

The procedure is really the same, but some of the controls are differently located.

    1. To insert a section break, go to Page Layout | Page Setup | Breaks and choose Next Page.
    2. To set endnote placement to "End of section," select the References tab and, in the Footnotes group, click the dialog launcher in the bottom right corner. This opens the Footnote and Endnote dialog. Select the Endnotes radio button and choose "End of section" from the dropdown.
    3. To suppress endnotes, go to the Layout tab of the Page Setupdialog. The easiest way (IMO) to access this dialog is to double-click on the top of the horizontal ruler, but you can also get to it via the dialog launcher in the Page Setup group on the Page Layout tab or in various other ways.

The rest of the information in the referenced article is just the same.

I'm having this problem, too! I followed all the instructions, but when I get to "suppress endnotes," it's greyed out and won't let me click on it. Help!

Thanks, I think that has done the trick. It is an old file, and it seems a little glitchy, but for now, I think we're good to go.
