When I am in Print Layout view, I can change the Zoom percentage.  When I switch to Draft view, the Zoom feature will not work

Thanks for responding.  I am already in Draft view.  Then I try to change it the using the View Ribbon, Zoom dialog box?  When I change the Zoom and click on OK, nothing happens.  No error message, nothing.  I had one of my co-workers open the same doc on another computer and it worked fine.  I can change the Zoom in Print view, but when in Draft, nothing happens.

Note that, in Word, the zoom is separate for each view. In other words, if you have set the zoom to 200% in Print Layout view, it may still be set to 100% in Draft (Normal) view.

How are you changing the zoom? In the Zoom dialog box? What happens when you try? Is there an error message?
