Hi, (Using Windows XP, Office 2007)
I would be very grateful for some help. I have a Word document with six or seven embedded Excel files. While I had no problem embedding the files and they show up just fine on my screen...they don't print correctly. The excel files are set to show the negative amount in red and the positive amount in black. That is how they look on the screen in the Word document. However, when I print the Word document the Excel files print in black and white and there are no colors differences between negative and positive numbers. There is a lot of color within this document and everything else prints in the correct color(s), including other parts of the same Excel documents (i.e. fill colors, etc.).
Can somehone help, please!
Thank you in advance - Lorrie
