How do you convert images from WMF to JPG?

I really need some images in JPG format.  Can I convert from WMF to JPG?  ...and please don't tell me I don't need to.

Download the free graphics utility IrfanView. Not only is this an excellent, lightweight graphics editor, but it supports over 100 graphics formats and lets you convert them.

If you have a document full of wmf graphics, make a copy of the document using SaveAs and choose HTML. The graphics will be stripped out into separate jpegs.
