will this program harm my computer? Is the program trustworthy?

i attempted to download the openoffice.org program and a message came up stating that this program could harm my computer . Is this true?

You received a standard warning notice that will popup when every certain type of files (e.g. .EXE's) are downloaded from through your internet connection. This notice is simply a reminder to beware of some programs that can be downloaded from the internet.

If you are downloading the OpenOffice installation program from OpenOffice.org, you have nothing to worry about.
