error 1317 and error 2330

keep getting windows installer window for microsoft office professional trying to install then get these two errors 1317 adn 2330, unable to update unable to delete and reinstall

This error message occurs when a folder does not have permissions.

 1. On Windows 7, when the error message appears, locate to the

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

2. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties
3. On the property window, click Security tab
4. Click on advanced at the right hand bottom
5. Click on change permission
6. Click on Add and type everyone and click on OK
7. And then Run Office Setup by using the disc or the installation file.

keep getting windows installer window when I power on , open IE or open any other program.. MS office XP professional,  then get these two errors 1317 and 2330, I am unable to update/unable to delete and reinstall what gives?
