Is there a way to make the ACTIVE field in a form transparent?

Using MS Access 2007 and have a form with a picture for a background and don't like the looks of the active fields being white but when I change the background color it no longer allows it to be transparent.

thanks,

Debbie

You can set the Back Color first, then set the Back Style to Transparent again.

When the text box has the focus, it'll show the selected background color, but when the user selects another control, the text box will be transparent.
