We are having problems with two pages per sheet printing. When I want to print two the same pages per sheet I am typing 1,1 in pages section and I choose two pages per sheet. All was working well some time ago. Now when I do and click print the print job disappears. No errors showing.
I can print the same page as single page per sheet so communication between printer and MS World works.
I have tried reinstalling office 2007 an installing office 2010. No result.
I have tried print do different printers at school. No result.
Laptops and PC’s runs Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 fully patched.
Open Office prints this same document with no problems to any printer. So by look of it is the problem with Microsoft Office.
I am looking for some helpful tips and all help appreciated.

I'm not sure what it would tell us, but if you select "2 pages per sheet" in the Print dialog and put just 1 (rather than 1,1) in the Pages box, do you get page 1 printed on half the sheet?
If the company that created the documents disclaims responsibility, then I don't suppose there is any possibility that the document has somehow been protected from printing (this is possible for PDFs but would be difficult for Word documents, I think). Still, if you can print documents you create but not the documents they supply, then I think the fault must be in their documents and not in Word or the printer.
It looks like I have problem to print certain documents. When I type quick document myself I can print it as one per sheet or 1,1 combination. But when I open documents from educational software which are by default opened by MS World the printing doesn’t work at all even as page per sheet. I have checked this also on other computers still the same.
I wonder if that got something to do with MS Word files within that software the way that they format etc.
I did speak to support of the educational software but they said there is nothing to do with their software is down to Word or printing.
