Hello, I'm using Word 2007 and MathType 6.7.
When pasting an equation from MathType, it is automatically pasted as inline. Changing it to "In Front of Text" is doable, but frustrating when needed to be done dozens of time every hour. Is there a way to set the default insert behaviour to "in front of text"? I have changed the "insert/paste picture as" in Word Options>Advanced to "in front of text" to no avail.
Thank you in advance,
Tim Khairetdinov

Regretfully, that did not help. The default for pasting MathType objects (and, I would assume plenty of other objects save for images) is inline.
Check the link given below:
I have contacted the manufacturer, they claim it is a Word issue. The problem is with pasting an object (other than a picture) into Word and its default settings.
Math type 6.7 is a non-Microsoft add-in.
So changing settings in Word options will not affect the add-in behavior.
You may have to contact the add-in manufacturers for further help.
