When I create a quote template can I make the template save to the next quoting number, so basically all the guys here have to do is click on save and the file name will automatically be put in the file name section on the ext quote number. Can i also make the the template save as to a default/spectific folder instead of the guys having to search for the correct folder to save the quotes in.

See http://www.gmayor.com/automatic_numbering_documents.htm and even http://www.gmayor.com/save_numbered_versions.htm

Yes you can include the file path when you save using a macro.
