    Hi Sandra,

I am sorry i got a bit too technical. What i meant to ask you was if you are connected to any server?

If so how do you save your documents? (if you know - or ask any IT/server responsible)

    Are you running windows 7?

A lot of questions but that would be need to troubleshoot.

Thank you so much for responding.

I just ran the sfc/scannow and had no integrity violations.  I have restarted the computer. I still have the problem and I also have a 4th issue that opens that I left out of my 1st post that says:

Unable to to Create TransportManagerServ:Create.  However the file does save.

I do not know what this is: sbs2008 with redirected documents.

    Have you tried anything else.

    Regards.

    Click Start

Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD

    Click 'Run as Administrator'

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any integrity violations

    Restart your system.

If the problem persists, check if the error occurs in clean boot mode.

Also, do you have sbs2008 with redirected documents? If so it might e misconfigured. I have the same issue now and is checking the redirect gpo.

    regards.

I receive this messge when in Word or Excel and click on save as...

I have been surfing thru this site looking for an answer of the following error messages

    All of them open simultaneously.

1-Couldn't start the dispatch table, win vista error

    2-Unable to create TransportManagerServ:Create

3- The third one is a dialog box with title: SDMan WinMain error. It says: An instance Already Exists! -OK

Can anyone give me a hand? Thank you

That doesn't sound remotely like anything to do with Office, so it must be some third party error. Test Word in Safe Mode to see if that eliminates the error.

From Start > Run (Winkey+R), type in

    winword /a

and press enter. Does Word start correctly?
