Auto Update Org Chart

Question

I'm doing a Visio Org Chart for my Bussines.

We're a big bussines so that's why we have to update the Org chart frequently.

I've done an Org Chart connecting Visio to the Active Directory server.

But i don't know how to link the Org chart with the Active directory server to do an auto-updatable org chart.

Fourthemore: Some Shapes are in a specific position so the Visio puts it in a default position. I don't want to reposition the shapes when the visio's org chart is being updated.

PD: Sorry for my english I've tryed to writte as good as I can.

And I want the visio org chart got updated once I update the excel file.

Your english is fine. What you're describing is the way the add-in (orgchart) works. The add-in assumes a static structure, so it isn't able to update the diagram. It is able to update the data associated with the positions (that's the data-linking part).
