Hello folks:
I have a persistent "read-only" message whenever I try to edit InfoPath items on my desktop PC (XP with Office 2007). This happens when I open an InfoPath form from our SharePoint site, make some basic changes in the form, and click "Submit" button. I then get a "read-only" error.
Some rules were not applied
InfoPath cannot submit the form.An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location: *http://xxxxxxx.sharepoint.xxxxxxxxx.com/teams/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx.xml*
The form is marked as read-only.
The forms arenn't really marked as "read-only" since I was able to edit these InfoPath forms in the past on this PC, and am still able to edit the exact same forms from a laptop with Vista. I even have the "Admin" icon in the InfoPath windows (on both PCs). Can't think of a reason why one PC shows read-only, but not the other.
My IT and I have both run Office diagnostics, re-installed Office several times, and I even ran through SAP login. Nothing has helped.
Any ideas before I re-image the PC? Thanks!
