Text converted into #Value

All my text cells in my excel sheet have been converted into #Value :( The numbers appear the same thankfully :) 

I am using Excel 2010 and also have the error popping up "dATA MAY HAVE BEEN LOST" Please help me :(.

I initially saved it in compatible mode then changed to the version mode, however in vain :(

It could be due to a corruption in the workbook.

Try to repair the workbook and see if it helps.

  • In Excel, click on File>Open
  • Navigate to the file you want to repair.
  • Click on the arrow next to Open, click on Open and Repair and choose the method to recover your workbook.
