Hi, I have a spreasheet with different measures and kpi's. The measures are formatted differently and I want to report via a pivot table, but in the pivot the format default to one format only. Are there a way that I can keep the different formats as displayed in the sheet?

Thanks

Hennie

Hi

The Pivot Table does not retain any formatting from the source data.

The data is held in a pivot cache, which has no formatting at all.

You will need to create the formatting of the PT that you want, and then on PT Table Options, uncheck the Autoformat feature.
