Hi All,
we have onboarded multiple Windows 2019 server to MDATP through ASC. recently we come with the following issue while onboarding windows 2019 server.
onboarding process followed:

System.NotSupportedException: Environment is not supported: OS Name: 'Windows Server 2019 Standard', OS version: '10.0', OS productType: 'Server', isWorkstation=False

Microsoft support engineer suggested to push the MMA from Extension, it will also push the MDE.windows extension to Windows 2019 servers. this has been resolved the issue.
The problem here is multi homing and OMS gateway configuration. post successful installation for MMA extension on windows 2019 servers. manually we are configurating OMS gateway and multi homing workspaceID and keys.

Based off your error message, it looks like your OS version - Windows 10, isn't supported for Windows Defender ATP/Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Hi James,
OS version: '10.0' is a misdirection - the issue is with Server 2019, which reports as 10.0 but isn't the same as Windows 10.
I've just seen the same issue on Server 2019 Datacenter - it looks like an issue with the Azure Automation module not being updated, if you could please take a look?
