I closed out of Excel and clicked No to Save Changes by mistake.  Please tell me there's a way to get my data back.

If you have a program that undeletes deleted files you could check your hard drive for the Excel backup files (presuming you have auto-backup enabled and the file was open long enough) and restore them.  Look for them by date/time stamp.  Next time you open Excel it will see the undeleted backup files, assume it crashed, and offer to recover them for you.
