I am getting a Runtime error cannot load MSRDO20.dll using Office 2010 on Windows 7.  Is MSRDO20.dll no longer supported in Office 2010?  If not what is?

Try copying the information stored in problem spreadsheet into a new one and see if the error still occurs

The issue is with a particular spreadsheet.  The steps to Ignore other applications that use DDE is not in that location.  I am using OFFice 2010.

Do you have this issue with the specific Excel file or is it with all the Excel files on the computer?

Backup and clear the Excel startup folder and check if this resolves the issue.

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\STARTUP

You may also follow the steps mentioned below and see if it helps,

Open Excel >Office button > Excel options > General > Then uncheck ‘Ignore other applications that use DDE’ if checked.
