Extending formula in column

Is there a way to make it so that all cells in a given column will get the formula other than having to drag the black cross down? I've created a spreadsheet that will be continuously added to by multiple users and am not confident everyone will remember to extend the formula otherwise. Thanks

Hi,

  1. CTRL+Shift+' Copies a formula from the cell above the active cell into the cell or the Formula Bar.
  2. Select the appropriate cells, enter the formula in the active cell and press Ctrl+Enter.
  3. Format your data range as a table. Formulas will be automatically expand if you enter new rows.

Regards,

Frank
