I have Perrla progeam downloaded for more than six months. Now, when I tried to open the new paper, I have the window showiing "code execution has been interrupted". I can not creat the front page at all. I tried to contact Perrla customer support, did everything they said (to unistall and isntall it again), but  I still have the same problem. Do you think that my Microsoft Work doesn't work properly?

Thank you.

    Thank you for reading it,anyway

I've tried to contact Perrla Customer Support again, but it seems that they don't know what causes the problem, so they suggested to contact Microsoft Office CS.

After I got this "code execution has been interrupted" message, there was an option to click on Microsoft Help. Therefore, I'm trying to get some useful advice from you too.

I am Microsoft Office and Perrla customer and I think, that for my money I deserve better than "I don't know".

    Thank you,

    Manuela Radulovic

p.s. I could submit a print screen if I'm not able to explain well.

I use perrla as well.  I have found that I have to open office word first and then open perrla otherwise the insert option is not there.  Try that and see if it helpd

You still haven't mentioned Word at all. Is it that you're trying to create a new document in Word? I've now googled PERRLA, and it appears to be an add-in for Word. Since the "code execution" seems most likely to be execution of the PERRLA code, try starting Word in Office Safe Mode (press Ctrl while Word is loading). If you can create a new document without the error message, then it's likely the PERRLA add-in is causing the problem.

For other troubleshooting suggestions, see “How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word 2010, Word 2007, Word 2003, or Word 2002” at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921541.

I've read your question several times, but I still can't figure out what it has to do with Microsoft Word.
