"parameter is incorrect" error when adding submit to web service

I am getting an error "The parameter is incorrect" when trying to open a form after publishing it using msi install. It is full trust form. This happens only when I try to add a submit to web service. When I remove the submit to web service, everything is OK. It is strange since I can add the web service submit with no issues. I tried to preview the form after that, but I get error "InfoPath cannot open the selected form." So, I thought maybe I need to publish the form to test the web service. I do have some simple code in the form using the older InfoPath 2003 syntax. The web service is using a dataset parameter. I used fiddler and when opening up the form from the published location, it is not looking at the web service, so I know it is not an issue with any code in the web service. I am at a lost since the error is too vague.

thanks

Thanks for trying. Sorry I didn't see this earlier but my alerts were not configured correctly. The app is InfoPath 2007. It shows in the "Business Application" category in my message. I do not think the article on InfoPath you referenced helps because I have .net 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 installed. I can open up the form in design mode and preview with no problem until I add the submit to web service option under Tools... I do not get any other error except parameter is incorrect when trying to open up the published form. When I remove this data connection from the form, everything is OK.

    thanks
