Exporting slide to a high resolution tiff/jpeg

For poster printing, I have created a ppt with the page of dimensions 56X40 inch. I'd like to save/export the slide as either tiff/jpeg or png with a resolution of at least 300DPI. I could not find a way to chage the resolution.

Have a look here:

You won't be able to get the resolution you're after, though.  PPT won't export images at over 3072 pixels.

That translates into 300dpi at around 10" max.

There are better ways of printing posters though.
