bootstrap error

purchased offfice home/student online had a download problem and i survived that now i have a problem with the installation it gives me a window stating that there is a bootstrap error

    Provide the complete error message to help you better.

    Check for the size of the file and ensure to have the entire file downloaded. If not, try redownloading the file and check if it helps.

    If the issue persists, restart the computer in clean boot and then try to install Office.

    Note: Ensure to restart the computer in normal mode after troubleshooting.

    I would try to download it again. And while you are at it, make sure you download the full version and not the much smaller 'click-to-run' version. The latter provides the same functionality in theory, but is less configurable and less easy to fix if something goes wrong.
