Problems printing documents does not print bottom half of page

When I print a document in Word, the first time it prints fine. If I try to print it again it will cut off the bottom half of the page.  I don't have this problem when I use Microsoft Works.

    I changed my default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer an now my printer does not respond at all.  I did update my drivers which did not fix my problem. Any other suggestions?

    Does this issue happen only with one specific file or with all Word files?

    Create a new test Word file, try to print and verify the status. 

    If you face the same issue in the test Word file as well, then you may change the default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer and then try to print and check if it helps.

    If you are able to print fine then contact the printer manufacturer to update print drivers.
