Error Message: "Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run setup again from the original source disk or download location."

When trying to install Office Enterprise 2007 from original CD to Windows 7, I receive this:  Error Message: "Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run setup again from the original source disk or download location."

I tried a second copy of the software, and got the same message.  Is this a problem with Windows 7, MY Windows 7, Office 2007, or my new computer???
