Unable to activate Windows Volume Licnese Key for Windows Servers on Hyper-V

I want to activate Windows license but internet is blocked by the network team due to the security reasons on the machine & hence unable to activate.

We need to inform network team to whitelist the Microsoft site that is required for the activation of Windows using Volume Licenses built on Hyper-V environment.

Kindly share the Microsoft site that is required for the activation of Windows using Volume Licenses built on Hyper-V environment.

    Having read your description many times, Your aim is to activate the Host with KMS or MAK, which one? Further information is much appreciated if you can provide for us.

    As you prefer to using white listing specific site, from my point of view, I think your IT pros from backstage can capture the trace immediately the VM is requesting the Activation by slmgr.vbs -ato in powershell. and then add this specific link to white list.
    For security reasons, I'm afraid it's not save to post any sites even if might be useful here.

    There is another way that use the phone call to activate the Host offline apart from whitelist and activate online.
    On your device, open a command prompt with administrator user rights and launch SLUI by typing SLUI 0x4.

    Once the Host is activated, use the vamt, the other client connected by switch in intranet can be activated offline.
    Anyway, you have to use some tools to volume activate Clients like VAMT.

    There are too many sites in the provided article & there is no confirmation whether after adding all of them will do the needful.
