Enable Clean-boot then try to install Office 2010. Note: after troubleshooting, enable normal start-up.

I have downloaded the free trial version of Microsoft Office Home and Business edition. Every time I go to install, I keep getting the same error message saying, "The files required to set up Microsoft Office Home and Business edition 2010 cannot be loaded. Check your internet connection, then try again." My internet connection is fully functional and is not down. Please help!
